100% Organic Steel-cut Oats: Large cylindrical steel cutters chop kilned whole oat groats into steel-cut groats, which shortens cooking time while maintaining the whole-grain integrity. Steel-cut groats can be used as a hot cereal on the breakfast table, or baked into breads. Steel-cut groats are sometimes sorted into fine, medium and coarse granulations, or sold as a mixed-granulation product. We customize our steel-cut granulations to fit your needs.

100% Organic Regular Rolled Oats: Regular rolled oats (sometimes called old fashioned oats) are made from kilned, whole groats processed by steaming and flaking. These oat flakes are mostly served as a popular, hot breakfast meal. In addition, they are a primary ingredient in a number of applications such as cookies, breads and granola. The thickness and absorbency can be adjusted to fit your needs.
