Recipe: Super Easy Chocolate Mousse

1/2 cup chocolate powder (i prefer organic Black And Green brand) Use
more if you like.
1 package silken tofu
3 tbls cacoa nibs
1/4 -1/2 cup agave or maple syrup to taste.


Puree all ingredients in a vitamix and chill in fridge for at least 1
hour. Serve topped with your favorite fresh berries and rice dream
whipped cream.
