Recipe: Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts: they’re nature’s most miniature cabbages! Some love ’em, some hate ’em. If you’re in the latter category, could you be convinced to give them one more shot? Try them like this if you do, and they may have a better chance with your palate. All you’ll need for this recipe (from La Phemme Phoodie) is the b-sprouts, some olive oil, salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar, and chopped red, green, and yellow bell peppers. Simple, healthy, and delicious!

  1. I’ve made roasted brussel sprouts before. Never thought of adding peppers to them though!
